ADDITIONAL DETAILS

RECITAL / DRESS REHEARSAL:

All families should review all recital details and policies to be sure they are prepared for the show and arrive at the appropriate times. Attendance at Dress Rehearsal is a requirement for participating in the recital.  We understand that emergencies do happen, however, it is impossible to participate in a production of this magnitude without attending the dress rehearsal.  Should you find that you have a conflict with the dress rehearsal date in advance, please let us know that you intend to opt out of the recital.  Should an emergency occur on the day of dress rehearsal and you are unable to attend, we will make spacing arrangements on the day of dress rehearsal to adjust for your absence at recital.

RECITAL FEE:

A recital fee of $85 for individual students and $15 for each additional dancer in the same family will be due by March 15th to cover the cost of programs, technical staff, recital staff and rental of the Braswell High School facilities.

TICKETS:

Online ticketing for the show opens Monday April 1st for recital ticket purchases. Seating is reserved and all tickets must be purchased online where you will select your choice of seats.  We encourage you to purchase your seats as soon as possible, as we come close to selling out each year. The cost is $15-$20 per ticket with no additional service fee.  Dancers are encouraged to watch as much of the show as possible, at times when they are not required to be backstage. If your dancer plans to sit in the audience for part of the show, they will need a ticket as well so that they can have a seat with the rest of your party. Our goal is to remove the stress of trying to identify seats together on the day of the recital and allow families to secure seats together in advance.  Family and friends also have the ability to purchase tickets up until the day of the show as long as seating remains available.  All ticketing questions including questions about wheelchair accessible seating must be directed to the Dance Recital Ticketing company where you purchase your tickets from.

FINALE:

All students are invited to take a final bow at the end of the show and should wear the costume of the last number they performed.  Finale logistics will be rehearsed at the dress rehearsal and younger students will be assigned older dancers to help them enter the stage.

RECITAL PROGRAM DEDICATIONS:

Optional dedications will be available to purchase in honor of performers in the recital program. The cost for each dedication (1/3 page – black and white) will be $40 for dedications with 1 photo included and $50 for those with 2 photos. The deadline for purchasing program dedications is March 30th.

Students celebrating their 5th through 10th Dance Recital with 3-D Dance will receive a COMPLIMENTARY program dedication. Parents should submit dedication via email before March 30th.

The cost of the dedication(s) will be charged to the card on file for your dancer
